The Fine Print

  • I do my best to meet and exceed expectations with all of my work. If you are not happy with how you receive your instrument from the shop, please tell me. Please explain what changes you need, and I'll be happy to sort it out.
  • Arndt Guitars is currently open by appointment only. If you arrange a visit to drop off or pick up an instrument, please be there at the agreed upon time. I will always respect your time, and ask that you always respect mine.
  • Tone is subjective, so I cannot guarantee your satisfaction with any modifications intended to improve the sound of an instrument. For example, I will make sure your new pickups are installed correctly, but I can't promise that they will give you "THE TONE" that you're after. Any recommendations Arndt Guitars makes regarding tone are recommendations only, and customers are responsible for doing their own research and making their own tonal decisions.
  • Alberta's humidity can fluctuate drastically. Most guitars and other instruments are made of wood, and are sensitive to these changes. Arndt Guitars assumes no responsibility for the effects of humidity (or other environmental factors) on an instrument after it leaves the shop.
  • Invoices must be paid in full before an instrument leaves the shop.
  • Instruments not picked up within one (1) month of repair completion (unless we have agreed on a later date) will be considered abandoned and sold to recoup repair costs.
  • Photos of your instrument may be taken for use on social media and other promotional materials. If you don't want photos of your instrument shared, just let me know and I will certainly respect that.

***Important: Shop is open by appointment only. Please contact me before visiting.***
