Meet the Tech
Justin is an artistic craftsman at heart, and has been modifying, fixing, and building instruments for over ten years. He first picked up a guitar in high school, and there was no going back. With a foundation in classical guitar, he went on to add a diploma in contemporary music (majoring in audio engineering) before turning toward instrument repair. After building his first acoustic guitar by hand, he travelled to the East Coast to train under Master Luthier George Rizsanyi, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge on instrument repair and construction. Justin spent a number of years as a guitar repair tech at a major Canadian musical instrument retailer, and obtained repair certification with many top brands, including Taylor Guitars. He has recently moved to Sherwood Park, bringing his lofty standards and impeccable attention to detail to musicians in Strathcona County and beyond.
